You start from flour, white or brown as you like, made of wheat cultivated without any
chimical manure. Tap-water sometimes during the year can be too rich of chlorine and
limestone, so it has to be substituted with mineral water. Mozzarella cheese is made of
pure Italian milk with no preservatives and first rate tomatoes are cultivated without any
chimical products. Extra-vergin olive oil, a bit of salt, no fats and your ecological
pizza is ready. You can top it with artichokes, vegetables and mushrooms preserved in salt
