MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join Koffmann’s, our French brasserie – style restaurant with a seasonally inspired menu of French favourites and Koffmann’s legendary signature dishes.
As a Commis Chef you will assist the kitchen brigade in the daily preparation, mise-en-place and service of food while ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and that your section, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy. You will work alongside the legendary chef Pierre Koffmann and a team of dedicated and experienced professionals.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Commis Chef who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
