I speak italian, english, french, spanish and basic chinese, no alcol, no smoke.
I worked as pizzaiolo for 12 years in the land, Sicily, Italy, from 3 years I’m employee for Costa Cruise Ship as Chef de Partie in Pizzeria station. I have experience with any kind of oven, and doughs. I can mix napoletan pizza dough or other kinds of dough, with mother yeast and not.
I like to give priority to the quality of my product. So i always recommand high quality products to my employer for the pizzeria line and specially for the raw materials like flour, oil, mother yeast and water.
