We are looking for experienced Pizza Chefs to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team in a unique atmosphere whilst keeping true to our Italian heritage. We are a growing business based in Sydney and expanding.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
At least 2 years experience as a Pizza Maker (wood-fired oven)
Hands on experience in dough stretching
Managing pizza toppings appropriately
Functional knowledge of large cooking and baking equipment
Manage pizza time in wood-fired oven
Italian product knowledge
Have a love for making pizza
Strong work ethic and work well under pressure
Can work flexible hours
