We are a family company in Oslo with 3 restaurants.
We are opening a italian family style restaurant in Oslo in May this year. It has capacity of 40 – 50 guest inside and 100 outside. Menu will be italian classic pasta dishes and most of all pizza. We will also have italian breakfast and lunch. We plan to open more similar restaurants in the future.
We seek a person, able and energetic, to work as a pizza maker. As a pizza chef you get to work with high quality ingredients in a new restaurant with a wood oven and with modern equipment.
What we are looking for :
Education for pizza or similar experience and deep knowledge of the Neapolitan pizza
We want you cook with passion and able to serve delicious and nutritional products for our customers.
We have different varieties pizza, both classic and more modern with local ingredients but based on tradition.
Education and / or strong proven experience from pizzeria and a deep knowledge as a professional of the wood oven.
Ability to provide an efficient service, quality and high level of organization and management capacity in the pizzeria. Good knowledge of English and customer orientation
Our hope is that you will be our master pizzaiolo and work with us in employing more chefs and also to work with our other talented chefs in our restaurants to create new and exciting pizzas for our guests !
