In spring 2026, we are opening a new restaurant in Trondheim, and we are now looking for skilled Pizzaioli who want to be part of something new from the very beginning.

It all started in 1973, when Paolo Minervini opened Frati – the very first Italian pizzeria in the heart of Trondheim. Since then, our passion for Italian cuisine has grown into one of the city’s most established and dynamic restaurant groups.

Now Hiring: Pizzaioli in Trondheim (Full-Time Norway)
We are looking for young pizzaioli (2-3 years of experience) to join our team for the opening of our new venue.
This is a great opportunity for chefs who enjoy being part of a start-up phase, helping shape routines, teamwork, and quality from day one.

What We’re Looking For
– Experience with classic Italian pizza styles
– High proficiency in English
– Passion for food and guest experience
– Positive attitude and strong team spirit
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
– Ability to perform in a busy, fast-paced environment

What We Offer
-Salary: €18–19 per hour
-Tips: €3–5 per hour
-Monthly hours: 150–160 hours (8.5-hour shifts)
-Extra pay for evenings, weekends, and overtime
-1 full weekend off every month
-25 paid vacation days per year
-Permanent contract after 6-month probation period
-Free staff meals during working hours

– Training, performance reviews, and clear promotion paths
